So when the new school term starts there is allways that extra stress , that panic to get everything done or just the general moment of feeling tired. There are thoes moments where you feel what is the point in all this work or why are the teachers picking on me ? Here are three ways I try to think of to keep me feeling posative:)
1) Remeber that as a teenager you are still a child and that people dont exspect you to get things right all the time , you learn from making mistakes thats how there is so many sucsessful people beacuse even they have made mistakes.
2 ) Worries ?? Dont sit there mulling other things if they havn't even happened yet , I am the worst worrying about things that havn't even happened yet and if they havn't happened then you cant solve them. I like to think most things happen for a reason so I try and Find something posative to foucs on or something that I am looking forward to.
3) people ?? people getting you down , I know the feeling of somone trying to upset you by saying hurtful comments. They are trying to get some sort of reaction out of you and why give them the pleasure of having one ? Bullying is a hateful crime and sadly there is far to much of it around. What I can only sugguest is to think of the friends and family you have that love you for who you are dont let people get you down :)
